Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Nougat Doughnuts

Cinnamon doughnuts glazed in a quick, easy and addictive nougat glaze.

  • 10x Plain Doughnuts (homemade or store-bought)

  • 1x Nougat and Nice Dark Chocolate Peanut 200g

  • Crushed peanuts to sprinkle - optional


  1. Place your doughnuts of choice on a wire rack over a baking tray.

  2.  Unwrap from plastic and roughly chop nougat into 2cm cubes. Place into a microwave-safe bowl.

  3. Warm in 30 second bursts until melted, stirring between bursts

  4. Using a spoon gently drizzle over each doughnut, taking note the nougat will gently settle down the sides.

  5. Top with crushed peanuts if you wish, it does add a nice crunch.
