

Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Nougat Doughnuts
Cinnamon doughnuts glazed in a quick, easy and addictive nougat glaze.

Ingredients
10x Plain Doughnuts (homemade or store-bought)
1x Nougat and Nice Dark Chocolate Peanut 200g
Crushed peanuts to sprinkle - optional
Method
Place your doughnuts of choice on a wire rack over a baking tray.
Unwrap from plastic and roughly chop nougat into 2cm cubes. Place into a microwave-safe bowl.
Warm in 30 second bursts until melted, stirring between bursts
Using a spoon gently drizzle over each doughnut, taking note the nougat will gently settle down the sides.
Top with crushed peanuts if you wish, it does add a nice crunch.
