Spiced Fruit & Nut Nougat Parfait
A light fruity dessert full of delicious fruits, nuts, spices white chocolate and a splash of honey.
1x Nougat and Nice Spiced Fruit & Nut Nougat 200g Box (chilled)
600ml Thickened cream
2x Tbsp Icing Sugar
Dried or fresh fruit to garnish (optional)
Prepare a 18x9 loaf pan by lining the bottom and up the sides with baking paper or cling film for easy removal later.
Unwrap the chilled Nougat then cut the rice paper off from the bottom. Cut or blitz to a small crumb size and set aside.
In a mixing bowl combine cream, icing sugar and whisk until soft peaks form.
Using a spatula gently fold the nougat into the whipped cream mixture until just combined. Once combined fill the loaf tin flattening off the top with the spatula. Cover and place in the freezer for 4 hours or until firm.
To serve remove from the freezer and allow to sit for 5 minutes on the bench. Run the bottom of the tin under some running water to release the suction and place on to a serving plate. Garnish with dried or fresh fruit if you desire.
