200g Nougat and Nice Cherry Hazelnut Dark Chocolate Nougat

750g Dark Chocolate (chopped)

200g Marshmallows (mini or regular, chopped)

200g Raspberry Jellies (or Turkish delight)

Crushed Hazelnuts
Instructions:

Prepare the Tray:

Line a square or rectangular baking tray (20cm x 20cm or similar) with parchment paper, ensuring the edges are covered for easy removal later.

Melt the Chocolate:

Place the chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl.

Melt the chocolate by setting the bowl over a pan of simmering water (double boiler method), or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

Mix in the Ingredients:

Once the chocolate is fully melted, remove from heat and allow it to cool slightly for about 2 minutes.

Add in the Nougat and Nice Cherry Hazelnut Dark Chocolate Nougat(chopped into bite-sized pieces), marshmallows, and raspberry jellies. Stir gently until all ingredients are well-coated in the melted chocolate.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tray and spread evenly with a spatula.
