Ingredients:

Cheeses:

  • 200g Brie (creamy and soft)

  • 200g Aged Cheddar (sharp and crumbly)

  • 150g Blue Cheese (bold and tangy)

  • 100g Goat Cheese (mild and creamy)

Charcuterie (Optional):

  • 100g Prosciutto

  • 100g Salami Slices

Fresh Fruits:

  • 1 Bunch of Grapes (green or red)

  • 1-2 Fresh Figs (sliced)

  • 1 Pear (sliced)

  • 1 Apple (sliced)

  • Handful of Fresh Raspberries

Dried Fruits & Nuts:

  • Nougat and Nice Trail Mix Pouch 100g

Crackers & Bread:

  • Assorted Crackers (plain or seeded)

  • Sliced Baguette (or rustic bread)

Sweet Additions:

  • Nougat and Nice Fig & Raspberry Nougat (chopped into bite-sized pieces)

  • Nougat and Nice Panforte (thinly sliced)

Garnishes:

  • Honey (drizzle for the cheese)

  • Fresh Herbs (like rosemary or thyme)


Instructions:

  1. Choose a Serving Board:

    • Select a large wooden or marble board to create a visually appealing display. The board should be big enough to hold all the ingredients without crowding.

  2. Arrange the Cheeses:

    • Place the cheeses on the board, spacing them out evenly. You can leave the softer cheeses like brie and goat cheese whole, and pre-slice the cheddar and blue cheese to make it easier for guests to serve themselves.

  3. Add the Charcuterie:

    • If including charcuterie, fold or roll the prosciutto and salami into small portions and place them near the cheeses.

  4. Place the Fruits:

    • Add clusters of grapes, slices of pear, apple, and fresh figs around the board. Scatter fresh raspberries for a pop of color and sweetness.

  5. Incorporate the Dried Fruits & Nuts:

    • Fill any gaps with dried apricots, dried figs, and almonds. These add a chewy, crunchy texture that complements the cheeses.
