Peanut Butter Nougat Smores

This gourmet treat layers rich dark chocolate digestive biscuits with chunks of our creamy Nougat and Nice dark chocolate peanut butter nougat. Baked to perfection, the nougat slightly melts and blends with the biscuits, creating a decadent, chocolatey experience. For an extra touch of indulgence, drizzle with melted dark chocolate. Each bite delivers a delightful combination of textures and flavors, perfect for a sophisticated yet simple dessert.

8 dark chocolate digestive biscuits

100g Nougat and Nice dark chocolate peanut butter nougat (cut into chunks)

50g dark chocolate (optional for drizzling)
Instructions:

Prepare the biscuits: Place 4 dark chocolate digestive biscuits, chocolate side up, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Add nougat chunks: Top each biscuit with a few chunks of Nougat and Nice dark chocolate peanut butter nougat.

Warm the nougat: Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 150°C (300°F) for 3–5 minutes, just until the nougat softens slightly and the chocolate begins to melt.

Assemble the s'mores: Remove from the oven and sandwich each with another dark chocolate digestive biscuit, chocolate side down.

Optional – add chocolate drizzle: Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle over the top of the s'mores for an extra indulgent touch.
